At Green Park Restaurant, your satisfaction is very important to us. As we serve freshly prepared food, we generally do not offer returns. However, in rare and genuine cases where there is a serious issue with your order, we are committed to reviewing the matter and providing a fair resolution.

NO RETURNS ON FOOD ITEMS

Due to the nature of food and hygiene standards:

All food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or replaced.

CHECK YOUR ORDER AT DELIVERY

We strongly request customers to check the parcel at the time of delivery before accepting it.

If the packaging is sealed, intact, and in good condition, please accept the order.

If the parcel is damaged, leaking, or opened, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact us right away.

Once the parcel is accepted, we may not be able to process complaints related to packaging or missing items.

REFUND POLICY (DAMAGED OR SERIOUS ISSUES ONLY)

Refunds will be considered only in genuine and serious cases, such as:

Food spilled, damaged, or contaminated during delivery

Completely wrong order delivered

Food unfit for consumption due to preparation or packaging error

NO REFUNDS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

Refunds will not be provided for:

Taste or personal preference issues

Delay caused by traffic, weather, or peak hours

Partial consumption of food

Complaints raised long after delivery

REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or adjusted in future orders, depending on the payment mode.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
